Fast dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 pm where the products are in stock will be shipped the same day. Every order is hand-packed and shipped with trusted carriers like DHL, UPS and Dachser.
Orders including products that are not available at our main warehouse will be handled as soon as possible, and you will be notified of an expected delivery date when we have it from our suppliers.

Equipped with patented BEV technology (Burning Ethanol Vapours), the Biotronic 400 ensures safe and efficient combustion, burning only the vapours from the bioethanol. This creates a consistent flame with full control over intensity through two flame levels.
