Bio-cheminee.fr offre la livraison gratuite pour les commandes de plus de 99 €.
Vous pouvez choisir parmi différentes compagnies de livraison : GLS, UPS, Dachser, etc. Néanmoins, nous nous réservons le droit d'opter pour un transporteur différent si votre colis est trop imposant pour celui choisi initialement. Beaucoup de commandes sont livrées sur palettes.

Delivery times
Pallet delivery
Large, valuable or heavy fireplaces (over 30 kg) are delivered free of charge by a courier to the kerbside.
Our carrier always contacts you in advance to arrange delivery.
Carry-in service
Would you like the fireplace to be carried inside? Get in touch with us about the options. The estimated cost for this service is £149 and applies under the following conditions:
- Delivery to a maximum of 1 place of your choice (e.g. the living room)
- Paved access route of no more than 100 meters
- Up to the 4th floor (without a lift) or 1st basement level
- All passages are clear and can be passed without tools
- Max. 30 minutes of unloading time
- Return of the pallet, film and strapping is included.
